• Bulk household furniture supply
• Related consultation and project management services

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Wood Peckers’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and material availability
• Additional work requested during the project will be quoted separately

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Materials may require upfront payment
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client satisfaction
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Project Timeline

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances
• We will communicate any delays promptly
• Client cooperation is essential for maintaining project schedules

We provide warranties on our workmanship as follows:

• Workmanship warranty: 12 months from completion date
• Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship, not normal wear and tear
• Warranty is void if work is modified by others

In no event shall Woodpeckers Investments Pty Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Woodpeckers Investments Pty Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).

Woodpeckers Investments Pty Ltd may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

All work is performed in accordance with South African building codes and safety regulations. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and licensing requirements.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
